After many years of never working, it would be nice to see the tower clock on Gilman Boulevard across from Gilman Village show the correct time. The clock has never functioned properly since inception. It should be a landmark reference point for visitors and residents alike. It is currently an embarrassment. Hopefully, the owners can take the appropriate action to see this action taken.
