Some neighborhoods in Issaquah just got a little bit cleaner on trash day.

A silent truck with no tailpipe and no emissions is now stealthily prowling the streets and easily hoisting loaded trash cans with its robot arm. The background thrum of tires on pavement is the only indication that this behemoth white-and-blue vehicle is coming around the corner. It’s a low-key introduction to a new technology that Issaquah residents have been eagerly anticipating.
