First, I’m impressed with the work of this new City Council and mayor, really doing a solid job to deal with our local challenges. Thank you!

Second…as a longtime resident and homeowner in Issaquah with four children/grandchildren in or grads of our schools, I am deeply invested in our little town. As I’m sure all of you do, I so love this time of year, when we get the best weather in the country to enjoy all our natural delights! We live in Olde Town, a block from the Bill Ramos Trailhead (he was and Sarah remains a great neighbor). Each afternoon between my retirement “work” and dinner, I head out on the Rainier Trail to enjoy some “earth time” in our beautiful woods.
